• After filled, the form will be crosscheck if the information is correctly provided as on the supporting document to check for errors/mistake-filled on the form.
• The NIMC official will input your details on the NIMC Software and the applicant will be asked to double-check his/her information for errors using the applicant monitor.
• After the applicant’s information is checked, the biometrics (ten fingerprints and facial images) of the applicant will be capture.
• After completing, the applicant will be issued a Transaction ID Slip as evidence of the transaction which will be presented back for the NIN within 1-5 working days (temporary ID-card).
• Within 12months after the Issuance of the Nation identity Number, the National e-ID Card will be issued to the applicant.

Minor: What Document and Procedure Do You Need To Enroll For National Identity Number

These should be available for Minors before entering any NIMC enrolment center:

• Parent/Guardian must accompany minor with their National Identification Number (NIN) Slip.
• Evidence to prove the Guardian has related to the minor (if Guardian’s NIN is used).
